The function of sound is to provide a form communication between the
environment and the body.

Sound is translated through our auditory
pathway and receptors in the skin and converts it into forms of energy.
Sound is like a nutrient, it carries signals and information for all
physiological processes in the body. As in any dis-ease, we must also
correct the sound environment.

What do we need to remove or add to improve performance and maximize wellness;
Things to Add:
-10 min. per day meditate, humming a tone of any kind, for example, use the
vowels, a, e, i, o, and u. This supports the vagus nerve tone for health.
-Sing, hum, & gargle, again, this supports the vegus nerve health.
-Seek times of quiet during the day.
-Sleep 8-9 hours per night; cold, dark, and quiet.
-Get out into nature for its natural sounds that the body can absorb.
-Massage your ears, especially the lobes daily.
-Surround self with pleasurable sounds, and avoid stressful sounds.
Things to Remove:
-Ambient noises; reduce exposure as much as possible such as nearby fans,
appliances, etc., unplug them when not in use.
-Avoid white noise devices at night or at any time.
-Do not sleep directly under a spinning fan, due to the ambient noise and EMF,
use only if necessary.
-Avoid rooms that “echo”, longitudinal sound waves bounce back and
compound.
-All constant ambient noises, even low ones, accumulate into our body and can
cause chronic illnesses.
