We are designed to breath fresh air, air that moves, not stagnant air, but circulating air free of pollutants. What you breath in, your body has to process it, which can cause increased burden in the body, resulting in illness. In any dis-ease, we must also correct the environment.  What do we need to remove or add to improve performance and maximize wellness.

Things to Add:

-nose breath, take time to notice how you are breathing
-go outside to be with nature as much as possible
-open windows in house for fresh air as much as possible
-open car windows when occupied
-plants that absorb toxins; aloe, peace lily, peperomia, snake plant,
  philodendron, dracaena
-purchase a Hepa Filter

Things to Remove:


-air fresheners in home and auto
-scented candles
-commercial cleaning products; replace with white vinegar, borax, baking
  soda, bleach diluted
-pesticides; what they do to bugs they do to us!
-hygiene and cosmetic products; use natural deodorants, essential oils, etc.
-perfumes; replace with essential oils
-smoking; in any form!
-insulate door that attaches to garage
-park car outside instead of in garage (if part of house)
-avoid tar and asphalt on warm/hot day when walking if possible
