Water
The function of water is to transport nutrients and for cellular respiration.
What you drink, your body has to process it, polluted toxins in water can
cause increased burden in the body resulting in dis-ease. Water provides
energy to every living thing on earth, all lives depend on it. In any dis-ease,
we must also correct the light environment. What do we need to remove
or add to improve performance and maximize wellness.
Things to Add:
-Bath in natures minerals; ocean, lakes, rivers, springs.
-Eat real food that has water within them.
-Reverse Osmosis home filtration system; remove 99% of all toxic pollutants
-Purchase a counter top water filter system if a home reverse osmosis system is
not possible, purchase a Berkey water filter system.
-Filtered shower head, to remove the free chlorines that affect our lungs and skin
-Check your tap water database; https://www.ewg.org/tapwater/
-Drink water 6-8 oz. at at time; better for body, do not sip throughout day.
Things to Remove:
-Do not over hydrate, that can cause loss of too much sodium and cause other
problems, trust your thirst mechanism! One rule: 1/2 body wt. in oz. of water
per day. Remember, foods contain some water too!.
-Municipal water, replace with reverse osmosis
-Sports drinks; added with preservatives, dyes, sugars
-Bottled plastic water; all plastics leach into the water, use glass only
-Wine Alcohol; companies use municipal water, full of glyphosate, heavy metals;
drink only organic wines from out of this country
-Grain Alcohol; full of heavy metals, preferred to drink gin, vodka, tequila. Don't
consume flavored or colored added drinks.
-Pitcher water filters; removes minimal pollutants
-Never use fluoride toothpaste, add to water, or get added to dental procedures!
